CEMEGOL 112 is an immersion-type Manganese Phosphating compound which produces an outstanding quality of Manganese-Iron Phosphate conversion coating on steel.
This Manganese Phosphate conversion coating has good anti-galling characteristics which can be further enhanced by suitable lubricating oils. Under certain conditions it forms an ideal base for subsequent painting processes.
CEMEGOL 112 process is operated using convention immersion equipment.
